By using Recasa, you agree to these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Recasa generates AI visualizations of your rooms in different interior styles. Designs are creative visualizations, not professional advice — they are not architectural plans, engineering guidance, or renovation instructions. Verify anything structural with a qualified professional before making changes to your home.
Design generations cost credits. New users receive free credits; more are available as in-app purchases or through a monthly subscription, billed by Apple. Purchased credits never expire. If a generation fails, its credit is automatically returned. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.
You keep all rights to your photos. You grant us the limited license needed to process them (generate designs, store them, display them back to you). You're responsible for what you upload: only photograph rooms you have the right to photograph, and don't upload photos of identifiable people or unlawful content. Generated designs are yours to use, share, and post.
Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, circumvent credit limits, or use Recasa to generate content that violates the law or others' rights. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Recasa is provided "as is." AI output varies and may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slateworks, LLC disclaims warranties and limits its liability to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
